Hey there! I’m Stratos, 28 y.o. from Greece 🇬🇷

After 10 years living in the UK (London mostly!), working in events, catering, and marketing, I’ve recently taken a leap to follow my passion for yoga, travel, and meaningful experiences. I left my office job in 2024 to explore the world and share what I love — teaching yoga, connecting with people, and living more simply.

I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in India and have since been teaching professionally, always looking to grow and learn more through teaching, assisting, and being around inspiring spaces. I also love photography and videography — especially capturing natural beauty with my drone (check out my Insta: @stratosmrg). I’m not a pro, but I enjoy creating!

I'm a big foodie too! I used to run a Greek catering business, so I’m always happy to bring a bit of Mediterranean flavour to the table — literally. Whether it’s helping in the kitchen, assisting with retreats, welcoming guests, or supporting with content/social media — I’m happy to contribute wherever I’m needed.

I’m currently in Greece and looking for a meaningful Workaway experience starting late July — ideally somewhere with good vibes, wellness, nature, and kind people.
