I love being in community and hostel environments. I worked in two hostels in reception and guest support. I plan to work online part of the time and I’m looking for a place where both is possible.

Description

Hello, I’m Stefanie — musician, therapist, and mother of four grown-up children. After months of travelling and working in hostels in Latin America, I’m now looking for a peaceful and inspiring place in Europe to slow down, write my travel book, and be part of a welcoming community.
Over the past months I have been travelling through Latin America, living in community settings and working in two hostels where I supported reception and guest care. This journey has brought me many meaningful encounters, new perspectives, and many stories.
This summer I plan to spend time in Europe. I’m looking for a beautiful place with kind people, where I can share daily life, contribute where needed, and also have some quiet space to write. I have started working on a book — a personal travel journal inspired by this journey.
I feel very at home in community life. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and being part of a place in a genuine way. I’m spiritually open and curious, and I’m interested in meditation, contemplation, native traditions, and different ways of living and learning together.
Music has always been an important part of my life — singing, piano, guitar, and shared musical moments. I can imagine supporting a community, retreat place, or seminar house with guest care, reception, practical daily tasks, creative activities, or helping to organise workshops and events.
I’m practical, reliable, calm, and open-minded. During my stay I will also work online part of the time.
My English is not perfect, but I enjoy connecting across languages and cultures. I also speak German and I’m learning Spanish.
I’m looking forward to meeting inspiring people, sharing stories, and becoming part of a place for a little while.

My English is quite okay, but not perfect. I spent some time in English speaking countries but thats already a while ago. Rhight now I am learning French and Spanish. I hope one day I will be pretty good. Its important to me to speak the language in the country I am visiting. So I am also open for more languages.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As a single mother of 4 I am good in organizing and taking care of children. I managed house and garden, had a job. I am a responsible, respectful, empathic, open-minded and polite person. I love children and mother nature with all its animals, plants and stones. At the same time I am kind of a wild spirit. I don't like stickking to rules when they are not appropriate. My children say there is a rebel inside of me.
I can cook and I like going into the nature for herbs and stuff. I am vegetarian, but not strictly vegan.
In my freetime I love music. I am playing the piano and I like to sing. Also I accompany on the guitar and can play different kinds of flute. I am a spiritual person. Grown up in christianity I like the Mayan tradition, the buddhism, meditation and contemplation. Sometimes I do a little yoga but not regularly. I like nature and I can work a little hard but not too much. In the last 2 years I worked in a stable once a week, at the theatre of Coblenz and as a social assistant. Actually I am a doctor but I didn't like working in the hospital, so I stopped.
Besides my rusty english I learn french and spanish.
I did a lot of additional training. 5 years in gestalttherapy, some shamanic workshops, energy medicine and frequency medicine, geomancy and 9 months with a mayan priestess.
I am happy to help in the garden, with construction work (I am not skilled, but would really like to learn, especially nature inspired houses), with babysitting and housesitting.
