Hi there!

My name is Sophia, I'm 25 years old and from Germany. I've recently finished my degree in Psychology and want to explore some of the world before starting my postgraduate training in psychotherapy next year.

I enjoy meaningful connections, good conversations, and spending time with others, while also appreciating some quiet time to recharge. When I'm at home, I mostly spend my time playing guitar, reading, or watching something. I'm passionate about neuroscience, philosophy, and music, and I love physical exercise and being outside. I feel most alive when I’m moving outdoors in open space, breathing fresh air and able to see far ahead.

I'm travelling to learn, to meet new people, and to broaden my perspective in whatever ways come my way. I’m particularly drawn to Ireland for its beautiful nature, fresh climate, and green landscapes. I’ve also been fascinated by Irish history and cultural identity ever since reading a novel set during the Irish War of Independence.

I’m excited to contribute, connect, and learn along the journey!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My native language is German, and I also speak fluent English and a bit of Spanish. I go to the gym a few times a week and I’ve trained martial arts for several years, so I’m comfortable with physically demanding tasks. I have a great affinity towards working with my hands and handling haptic objects. Over the past years, I’ve developed a green thumb and I love watching the plants in my apartment grow. I’m overall happy to help with a wide range of tasks such as gardening, outdoor work, household help, cooking, or looking after animals. I enjoy practical work and learning new skills, and I’m reliable, organised, and not afraid of getting my hands dirty.
