Hi everyone! ;)

My name is Sílvia, I’m 27.

I’m passionate about travelling, discovering new places and cultures, meeting people from all over the world, and learning new things along the way. I love experiences that take me out of my comfort zone and give me the chance to connect with people, learn new skills, and create unforgettable memories.

I’m a very positive, curious and adventurous person. I’m also hardworking, adaptable, and always happy to get involved and help wherever I can.


MY BACKGROUND🐴

Horses have always been a big part of my life. For several summers, I taught horse riding to children of different ages at my riding centre. I really enjoyed working with kids and helping them learn and feel confident around horses.

I’ve also given drawing and painting lessons to younger children, so I have experience working with kids in different ways.

MY TIME IN IRELAND ☘️

During my time in Ireland, I’ve had the opportunity to live and work in Ireland, which was an amazing experience for me.

I spent two summers with an Irish family, working with horses and discovering Irish culture and everyday life. I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to extend my stay and continue exploring Ireland.

I later moved to Limerick, where I worked for two years in a four-star hotel restaurant. After that, I spent some time in Wicklow, where I had the chance to work with horses again.

AND NOW… 🌍

Over the last two summers, I’ve been working in a restaurant in La Dordogne, France, which has been a lovely experience and a great opportunity to explore a different part of the country.

I’m currently looking for opportunities in my field, Film Production, but while I’m on that journey, I’d love to keep travelling, discover new places, meet new people, and experience different ways of life.

So, I’m excited for whatever comes next and for all the new adventures, friendships, and memories along the way!!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

🐎 HORSE RIDING & CARE

Horses have been my passion since I was a child, I started riding at the age of 12. I’ve practised different disciplines, including dressage and showjumping, and have competed both individually and as part of a team.

I also have experience working with children around horses, teaching them how to prepare, handle and take care of the horses before and after riding.

🎨 DRAWING & PAINTING

I’ve been drawing and painting since I was around 5 years old. It’s something I really enjoy doing in my free time and a great way for me to relax and be creative.

I’ve taken part in several art competitions and have won some of them. I’ve also got the opportunity to teach younger children also.

👧 CHILDCARE

I’ve also had experience looking after children while living in Ireland, including a one-and-a-half-year-old baby and children aged around 8–9 years old.

I really enjoy spending time with kids, and I’m comfortable adapting to different ages and personalities. I’m patient, caring and easy-going, and I usually get along very well with them.

I’ve also worked with children aged approximately 7–15 at horse-riding camps during the summer, where I taught them how to care for and prepare the horses, assisted during riding activities, and organised games and other activities.
