Hi there! I’m an Italian girl graduated in Educational Sciences who is passionate about learning from people, cultures and shared experiences. I've just finished my university journey and I feel this is the right moment to explore the world, meet new communities and learn through practical experiences.
What motivates me the most is human connection. I love spending time with people from different backgrounds, sharing daily life, exchanging ideas and learning from each other. I believe that living together and collaborating is one of the most powerful ways to grow as individuals.
I’m a curious and open-minded person who enjoys simple things. I am also very interested in social projects, sustainability, and community life.
I’m looking forward to meeting kind people, contributing to meaningful projects, and sharing a little piece of life together :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I enjoy working with people, organizing activities and creating a positive and respectful environment, especially with children. I also have experience as a scout leader, where I organized activities, supported younger members and worked in a team in outdoor and community settings.
I also worked in the countryside for a season as an agricultural worker, which gave me experience with physical outdoor work and teamwork. In addition, I worked as a waitress during the summer, where I learned to interact with guests and work in a dynamic environment.
I’m happy to help with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, organizing spaces or welcoming guests. I adapt easily and I enjoy learning practical things like gardening, farming or helping with animals. I’m especially interested in community life and learning about sustainable ways of living together.
Languages are one of my biggest passions. I speak Italian (native), Spanish fluently and English at an intermediate level, I’m always excited to improve by meeting people from different countries.

I spent almost two months in this wonderful off-grid community in a Crystal Mountain, surrounded by incredible people. This was the second Workaway project i took part in, but my first experience of community living, and it gave me so much that it's honestly difficult to find the right words to describe it. All I can say is that I couldn't … read more recommend this experience more.
Matias is a truly special host and an inspiring person. From the very beginning, he makes you feel welcome and at home. He is someone with a lot of stories, experiences, and ideas to share, and taking the time to get to know him is a beautiful part of the experience.
What Matias has created is much more than just a place to stay. It is a healthy, respectful, and inclusive environment where people from different backgrounds can come together, find their own rhythm, and experience a different way of living. It is a space where everyone can contribute, grow, and create genuine connections with others.Life there allows you to slow down and reconnect with simple things: relaxing in a hammock, walking through nature, swimming in the clear river and sharing meals. The atmosphere feels almost outside of time, creating the perfect conditions for authentic human connections, the greatest gift this place offers to its volunteers.
Matias and his project are a real example that an independent lifestyle, in harmony with nature and with other people, is truly possible. Being part of this community reminded me how much trust, cooperation, and kindness still exist in the world. Matias has a very kind heart; you just need to give him a little time to open up, and you will discover a wonderful person. The work is meaningful and requires commitment, but what you receive in return is much more than what you give. During my stay, I had the opportunity to meet people from all over Europe and actively participate in the development of the project. Helping prepare and organize the Nebula Festival was one of the highlights of my experience...it was exciting, challenging, fun, and incredibly rewarding.The tasks change quite a lot, which makes every day different. During my stay, I helped with gardening, preparing the festival area, and I also spent a couple of weeks cooking for the community. It was both challenging and enjoyable, and it became one of the most memorable parts of my time there.
I left the valley with unforgettable memories, new friendships, and a deeper appreciation for community life. I left with my heart full of gratitude. Thank you, Matias, for everything you have created, for the trust you give to people, and for the space you provide where connections between humans and nature can grow.
If you are looking for more than just a volunteering experience, but a chance to connect, learn, and experience a different way of living, I truly recommend this place with all my heart.
I really hope to have the chance to come back!
