Hi! I'm Lydia from Kansas City, Missouri, "The Paris of the Plains." Haven't been to Paris yet, so I cannot attest to the veracity of that nickname, I have a hunch we fall short! Nonetheless it's a great Midwestern city, but I am ready to explore the rest of these Continental United States.

My greatest interest is learning about farming and animal husbandry. It's my goal to start my own small homestead one day and I know it's a set of skills I have not acquired yet.

I am also very interested in learning about alternative building and passive solar and off grid living in general.

I am very easy to get along with and have a good work ethic. If you welcome me into your space and among your people I will treat the experience with the utmost respect.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I can lift upwards of 75 pounds and I follow directions very well. I have set up stands at Farmer's Markets and am very outgoing and communicate well with the public. I have worked with animals, mostly dogs and dairy goats and chickens, but have a huge amount of love for all things feathered and fuzzy. I'm smart, critical thinker, problem solver. As long as you can explain it/demonstrate it to me, I can understand it.
