Quelles sont vos compétences ?

• Bartending: 10 years as a freelance cocktail bartender (busy London bars/hotels, high-end service). Fast, calm under pressure, confident with guests.

• Waiting / Floor service: experienced in table service and guest-facing hospitality — attentive, organised.

• Masterclasses (tastings cocktail classes): led cocktail masterclasses and whisky tastings; comfortable presenting, teaching, and hosting groups (from casual to premium experiences).


• Tourguide: as Global Brand Ambassador for a luxury whisky brand I frequently toured VIP guests around the distillery, introducing the history, culture, cocktails and chemistry.

• Activities / Coordination / Facilitating: delivered improv workshops to secondary schools near Warwick Uni; Workshop Coordinator for Warwick Improv for 2 years; directed two Edinburgh Fringe shows; taught art classes at Briar Hill Primary School. Great at planning activities, facilitating groups, keeping energy up, and making people feel included.

• Cooking: experience in professional kitchens; love cooking for groups (BBQs/cookouts/family meals) and keeping a clean, efficient kitchen.

• Well-travelled: travelled extensively in South America (Bolivia, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica) and most of Europe — comfortable adapting quickly to new places and cultures.

• History / Cultural knowledge: History & Politics degree; enjoy learning local history and sharing it respectfully (good for hosting, guest chats, and informal guiding).

• Outdoor / adventure sports: competent with a wide range of outdoor, extreme sports and watersports; happy in active environments (surf/dive/kite/skate etc.).

• DIY / Cooking / Cleaning: I'm diligent and take the initiative to solve problems.

• Languages: English (native), Spanish (conversational and improving fast).
