Description

Hi there, we are so excited to have resumed a life of travel. Rob is a teacher and Linda a nurse. We want to continue to meet new people in new places, share skills, passions, language, music and art. We are experienced teachers and carers and having raised three children are patient, kind, creative and great fun. We enjoy gardening, camping, hiking, are experienced in Airbnb management, house and pet sitting. We are also qualified to teach English. We're happy to put our hands to any new skills, and share ours. By the way Rob is a great cook!
We are fully vaccinated (Covid and Flu) Non smokers. Clean manual driving licences. We both have a Working with Children card and Police Check.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We are both energetic and enthusiastic people who enjoy the fun of working in a team but also have the self motivation to work alone or lead teams. We can cook (vegan and veggie included) garden till the sun sets, perform simple DIY tasks, offer animal care, are responsible house sitters with pool and pond maintenance. We have a grown up family of 3 and enjoy the company of children. Rob has taught and tutored for many years including Maths, English, IT, sport and is a swimming teacher. Linda, as a nurse, can also offer personal care and companionship to the elderly and less abled including post-operation assistance. We are experienced house and pet sisters (Trusted Housesitters) Linda also has a creative side interested in landscape gardening, interior design, writing and art. We hold clean driving licences and are fully vaccinated. We both have experience in TESOL (teaching English) and have hosted students and workawayers in our own home offering them excellent cooking, adventures and friendship.

We have many hobbies and are keen to learn more. We enjoy the outdoor life but also reading, writing, drawing, music and dancing, language and board games with Monopoly Deal and Scrabble being firm favorites. Rob is a keen cyclist, walker and swimmer while Linda enjoys more creative pursuits such as art, writing and trying to learn the ukulele and harmonica!
We both love gardening and have great knowledge of plant care including herbs, fruit and vegetables. We have spent the last few years landscaping our large tropical garden in Australia.
We are also AirBnb hosts and able to organise changeover of guests, welcome hampers etc.
