Hi, I’m Paola, a pedagogue, yoga teacher, and somatic facilitator with a bit of a manager brain that developed along the way.

Most recently, I ran a small studio in rural Croatia until December 2025. While this experience has been deeply meaningful, I realised that I want a more dynamic environment, a place where I can connect with a wider diversity of people and activities.

I genuinely enjoy working with people, whether that’s teaching, supporting, organising, or just helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. I’m naturally curious and love learning new things.

I'm interested to continue contributing in similar ways - through community work, teaching, helping manage creative or wellness spaces, collaborating...

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience in childcare and teaching, and I enjoy spending time with children through creative and engaging activities.
I also enjoy being in nature, working outdoors and can help with gardening and general maintenance tasks.
I’m passionate about well-being and have knowledge in yoga nidra, somatics, menstrual cycle awareness, nervous system work, sacred rage... which I love sharing when relevant.
Additionally, I have experience in customer service and hospitality, so I’m comfortable working with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
In general, I’m a fast and eager learner, creative, organised, and responsible.
