Hey
I am a 26 years, living in swizerland (Basel), but I originally come from Germany. I am becoming a primary teacher and will get my diploma next year.
I feel like Workaways are good ways to explore and discover other parts of the world and also great opportunities to meet interesting People.
I guess I would describe myself as a friendly, honest, thoughfully, sometimes a bit introvert, but generally communicative and open minded person...but make up your own mind ;)
I am kind of a morning grouch, to be honest.
I grew up with dogs and like most animals. I also like physical work... Feels like that's lacking my everyday routine.

I worked as a gardener for a few weeks and mostly enjoyed the work. Generally I really like to be outside.
I am a Scout since seven years and I am leading a group (with some other People of my age) of 6-11 year old children... so I would say I have some practice in caring for children. -

The work was just the right amount, varied and mostly good fun (chopping wood, collecting turf, some plastering, painting and screwing and so forth). I feel like I improved some skills around DIY and definetively got inspired by Paul's attitude towards learning and getting things done.

I helped them with the renovation of there house and although I've never really done that before, I had the Feeling that I was usefull and moreover learnt some quite handy … read more
