🌍 About Me
Hi! I’m Oto from Riga, Latvia — a positive, active, and open-minded traveler who’s always ready for new adventures. I love meeting people from different cultures, exploring new places, and sharing experiences and good vibes along the way.
I’ve spent about 1.5 years backpacking and living in New Zealand, where I volunteered on eco-projects, helped maintain barns, fed animals (including pigs!), and worked on small DIY projects. I enjoy hands-on work and I’m never afraid to get my hands dirty.
Professionally, I have a diploma in medical massage therapy and several years of experience in both spa and rehabilitation settings. I’ve also worked as a zipline guide, on a cruise ship, and as a deckhand, so I’m comfortable working outdoors, around people, and in physically active environments. My friends often joke that I’ve done almost every job — and honestly, it might be true!
I live an active lifestyle and enjoy sports, hiking, surfing, skating, snowboarding, and other outdoor adventures. In the summer, I love kayaking and cycling trips, and when I’m home in Latvia, you’ll usually find me by the seaside or in the forest. I’m also passionate about meditation and personal growth, and I value balance between movement and mindfulness.
I’m social, easygoing, and always happy to bring good energy to a team. I enjoy music, dancing, and singing (when needed!). I’m open to learning new skills and contributing wherever help is needed — whether it’s physical work, hosting guests, or joining creative or eco-friendly projects.

I have some experience with construction job, gardening always helping in the countryside . During my travels haved worked in agriculture vineyards, cherry fields. I have some bartender and barista skills, as well I have some experience in catering and have little experience in room service and massage therapy.
