Hi :)
I'm Leonardo from a small village in Italy near Florence. I'm searching for new experiences, to meet and learn from people and different kind of works and trying to enjoy every moment.
I love nature and interact with it, i love humans and history, courious about our jurney here on earth.
I want to discover new people and cultures and talk about us preferably in front of a glass of good wine or a good meal (as a good italian i love cooking for people and enjoy the taste of good food).
I love the mistery of life and staying open minded try to understand and feel it, and i think travel is the best way to be able to do this.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- I've a bachelor's degree in enology and viticolture and worked in a small winery as winemaker, from vineyards to winery. This allowed me to developed important skills such as organization of worktime, problem solving, pragmatism. Being on field allowed me to touch and understand as a plant develope and change during the year, and how human can interact with it hopefully for the better results.

- I worked as a waiter in a farmhouse and in a "classic" restaurant, where i also worked as a cook assistant and as bar and room management, this allowed me to understand how to managed such a complex activity, from the kitchen (buy, store and preserve products) to the bar and dining room (managing beverage, orders, contact with clients trying to provide quality service).

- I was a co-founder of a cultural association called "M.arte 360" (Music and Art all-around) where we organized exhibitions and musical events. This experience teached me how to research and evaluate locations and choice the most suitable one to host the event. Development of original and customized concepts for music/art events. Management of administrative tasks including treasurer. Contact with artists and managers of places or venues with a view to the realization of the event. Creating multimedia presentations. Obtaining documents, authorizations, certifications, and approvals from local, state, and federal agencies.

- Last but not least I'm a basketball coach form 4 years now. I've trained groups from 3 to 13 years old and groups of people with disability. I learned that more than a coach i am an educator, the game is the context whithin wich children could learn how to interact and respect others, to grow as a person and as a group having lots of fun. This experience is teaching me to communicate and listen, to be responsable of someone and to make people have fun by learning, infusing confidence in them.
