Description
Hey! I’m Nour, 19 years old and from Germany. I’ve recently finished school and would love to spend the year exploring new places, learning new things, and meeting people from different backgrounds.
Friends and family describe me as an empathetic, friendly and reliable person. I am very open-minded, motivated and enjoy learning new skills and helping where help is needed.
I love exploring nature, doing small crafts, experimenting in the kitchen and spending time with children and all kinds of animals. I’m always curious to learn something new while sharing meaningful experiences along the way. -

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have a lot of experience giving tutoring lessons to children and teenagers aged 7 to 18, which has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and good communication skills. Growing up with two younger siblings also gave me plenty of experience with childcare and looking after younger children.
I really enjoy cooking and love trying out new recipes and cuisines. In my free time, I like crafting and doing creative DIY projects. I also enjoy spending time outdoors and being active in nature (e.g. hiking and biking).
As a child and teenager, I spent multiple holidays at a nature conservation and animal rescue foundation. During this time, I was outdoors a lot and helped take care of many different animals, such as donkeys, ponies, pigs, cows, chickens, sheep, and goats.
I am highly motivated, open-minded, and very eager to learn more and gain further experience.
Additional experience through previous Workaway stays:
Animals:
- taking care of two young dogs
- catsitting
- farmstay: feeding, cleaning and caring for the animals
Nature/ gardening:
- planting trees and creating mini forests
- digging
- cutting trees
- planting/sowing vegetables

Their farm is located in a very peaceful area surrounded by beautiful nature.
The property is really nice and living in the modern guesthouse was very comfortable.
We had breakfast together in the main house and then worked until lunch so that we had free time in … read more
They did a lot around the house and helping out with preparations for a barn renovation. And we planted some 50 oak trees together; they all survived and are all growing now :D
We hope they will visit us again some time <3
They welcomed us in their community and we got to know many kind and funny people.
All the animals were incredibly sweet and feeding them was always a lot of fun.
Our other tasks included clearing the attic in the barn, demolishing the old chicken coop (that was … read more
