Description

I am a Swedish-American from Saint Paul, Minnesota. I have worked for the Wisconsin Legislature, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Jinan University in Guangdong, China, and "retired guy" jobs in auto parts and gardening. My educational credentials include a Master's in Public Administration, another in library science, seventeen college credits in teaching English as a foreign language, and half the coursework toward a Certificate of Professional Editing offered by UC-Berkeley. My native language is English and I am conversational in German and was once travel-ready in Mandarin Chinese. I am a member of the Society of Hickory Golfers and play in tournaments sponsored by this organization. I spend a lot of time in my 50X70-foot garden, growing vegetables that are not available in local grocery stores. Cooking is my primary interest.

I can offer home cooking, English language speaking and writing instruction, and gardening.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Teaching English as a foreign language, English writing instruction, cooking, home-making, gardening. I was reviewed negatively by Hong Kong New Territory hosts on my first adventure but have acquired greater skills since then. I do not agree with their assessment.
