Hiya! I'm Noah, 25 years old & from Southampton, UK. I've spent the last couple of years on/off travelling the world and can't get enough of it. Each place I visit teaches me something new and challenges me in a different way; I am motivated by learning new skills and tackling new challenges. I like to be creative and thrive in environments with other like-minded people. I enjoy being in different environments (I enjoy both urban and rural settings) and would love the chance to push myself even further and try something that I havn't done before! Creating memories and learning about different cultures are the things that bring me the most happiness in this world (besides gravy and dogs). I am so excited to return to Brazil (my favourite country in the world- so far ;) on 9/2/2024. I am going to enjoy Carnival in Sao Paulo & catch up with my friends. After this (and a little backpacking) I am looking for a workaway for approximately 2 months while I wait for my Chilean visa which will allow me to move to Santiago to start work as a English language teacher.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a variety of work experience spanning across the hospitality, teaching, youth work & education sectors. I have spent the last few years in many different job roles, learning new things from each opportunity. My most recent work experience has been in nightclubs/ pubs as it has allowed me the flexibility to travel; something that I have enjoyed but do not want to do forever.

I graduated from university in 2020 with a degree in Business, Management and Social Policy; a topic that I haven't gained much lived experience in but am still very much interested by. I also hold a 140 hours TEFL certificate (120 hours online & 20 hours classroom) that I completed in 2021.

In 2022, I volunteered at NEST Beach Hostel (Koh Rong, Cambodia) where I mainly worked on the bar but helped out where I was needed over the period of a few weeks. I also gained further volunteering experience at Green Garden Food Forest (Buriram, Thailand) where I worked on a sustainable vegan farm. Here I learned about the local environment and culture while helping harvest crops, maintain the farm and helping out wherever was needed.

I (obviously) love travelling and exploring new places. Im very extroverted so I really enjoy meeting people from around the world and learning about their culture & experiences.

I like to cook and would love to learn some new veggie recipes!
