Description

Hello! I am adventurous, creative person that is always looking for new experiences. I have already done Workaway in Spain and Germany and would love to do more! I have always been interested in different languages and cultures, especially those of the Hispanic world. I studied Politics and Languages (Spanish and German) at university in England, and would really like to improve on my Spanish and German speaking skills. I am recently graduated from University in England and looking to travel more this year after having working many different jobs and saving up for the past 6 months.
During my degree, I did a year abroad in Spain and Germany and would love to continue to exploring these parts of the world.
I grew up in France to English parents, so I speak fluent English and French. I also have dual nationality for both of these countries.

I speak English and French fluently. Both my parents are English and I studied in England, however I was born and lived my entire life in France before going to the UK for university. I studied Spanish at University and would really like to improve on my Spanish speaking skills as well learn more about the culture by being fully immersed within it. I also studied beginners German.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I recently graduated from the University of Sheffield in the north of England. Passionate about the world around me and different cultures, I studied Politics and Languages (Spanish and German). I was also born and grew up in France in the French Alps to English parents, so I speak fluent English and French. I am very willing to teach/speak either of these languages and talk about the cultures to anybody interested.
I am also a creative person, and I have done art lessons since the age of 6 and know how to sew, paint, and general DIY...
Over the past 6 months, I have done many different jobs ranging from deliveries to bar work to event hostess to street fundraising. My most recent job in 6 weeks in a ski resort as a kitchen assistant, where I have to ski to and back from work!
My previous summer jobs are working in a Care home for the elderly, where my job was to clean as well as keep company and talk to the residents. I have also worked in a pizza restaurant as a kitchen assistant, doing everything from preparing pizzas and pastas to chopping up vegetables and washing up.
I am a sociable and outgoing person that is easy to talk to! I also enjoy outdoor activities, and spend a lot of time walking, cycling when possible and skiing in winter. I also played Lacrosse and Stunt Cheerleading for my university.

I am sociable person, I enjoy being around people and getting to know more about different cultures. With my university housemates when I am in England, we enjoy playing cards and other boards games as well as going on walks in the Peak District, a national park near my city. When I lived in Spain, I enjoy going out in the evenings for some Tapas and Cervezas and listening to live Music. I really enjoy how lively Spanish cities are in the evenings, and want to make the most of this whilst I live here! I am a creative person and in my free time I like to paint and sew when I am at home. I also have an interest in cinema, and enjoy watching and analyzing films.
