Hello! Holà! Salut! My name is Mikha, I am new on workaway, but not new to traveling. I am 19, and this summer, i backpacked solo across Mexico and Guatemala, and then went to British Columbia to pick cherries and I loved it! I had to live in my tent for 2 months, wake up at 2 am everyday, as the harvesting started a 3 am and worked in my three until the sun came up. Since then, I have been longing for nature, I learned how rewarding working manually outside can make one feel. That is why I want to spend about 3 to 4 months in either Portugal or Morroco, to learn about the culture and do some meaningful work. My first language is French as I am from Québec but I also speak English, Spanish as I am half Mexican and know little Portuguese and want to learn! I study History in school, but I am also interested in arts which i studied a little, such as photography, painting, cinema, literature and writing.
So my skills that could be useful to you is knowledge in harvesting, a little in gardening, previous work experience in the outdoors, photography and painting.
I am EXTREMELY eager to learn, I love learning about harvesting(as I am new at this!), plants, animals and many other subjects!
I am confortable doing any tasks raging from taking care of farm animals, gardening, any manual tasks outside, cleaning, doing art, babysit, etc.
I also play the guitar, so we could jam together! I could bring a fun vibe, as I love to discuss intellectual subjects and learn about new cultures.
Also I have a driver's licence:)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As I have experience in harvesting(in cherry picking), I can easily pick fruits. I can do any manual work outside that you might need help with, such as gardening or planting trees. I can do cleaning, cooking or greeting people. I can also take care of animals as i grew up with 3 dogs, guinea pigs and lizards, so I don't mind at all living and helping with animals, and learning more how to take care of farm animals. I can paint(see picture from profile :) and can send you more), photograph anything as I have my camera and play the guitar. :)
