Hi! My name is Micaela and I'm a flight attendant in a brasilian airline for about 8 years. In June, I will have my annual vacations and I want to make most of it!

In addition to Portuguese (my mother tougue) I speak English (studies since I was a child) and Spanish (due to my year abroad in Mexico as a Rotary Exchange student) perfectly as well. The last five years, I've been studying French.

My two experiences as a Workawayer
was in 2022, I spent five weeks in a beautiful castle with a lovely and traditional family in France, where I could experience and improve the language and my skills. Also, I went to Switzerland (2024) where I had such a great time there that I decided to put myself in a new adventure again!

I am a funny, outgoing person with a variety of interests. I'm not an fitness person but I try to maintain a healthy routine by running and cycling regularly. I also love reading and practicing yoga in my free time. I really enjoy going on outdoor activities like live shows, treks, walk around the city or the park.

One of the things that made me choose to work in that job is the social aspect, getting to know a lot of people from different ages, nationalities and cultures, as soon as I ensure their safety and comfort above the clouds!
Even so, the main raison for choosing it is the fact I love traveling and exploring new places. That's is what makes me feel alive! I love having new experiences, meet new friends and learn new jobs. This is freedom for me.

I'm organized and tidy person who is always respectful of other people. I love socialising and making friends, and I look forward to meeting new people as a Workawayer.

I look forward to fully emerge into a new culture with my Workaway experience that will make all the difference in my life as well as the hosts life.
