Outdoorsy and creative lady from the uk. I love nature and art the most and like finding ways to combine the two. I love swimming in creeks, paddleboarding and bumbling around the earth enjoying mountains, forests, beaches and such.

Im a big people person and love chatting. I love to listen to peoples stories and tales, and want above everything to learn as much as i can. The world is a very interesting place. If i can collect as many skills and ideas and experiences as I can in this life, I will be happy.

Hard worker, and always keen to learn new stuff.

Hello, my name is Darcy :) I am a very friendly and creative worker with a love for people and nature.

I have worked in various physical jobs, such as tree planting, assistant landscaping and being an outdoor activity instructor. Im good at physical tasks, and enjoy working with my hands in outdoor work regardless of the weather. I am strong and do well in the cold and rain! I am happy to work hard, making sure the job is completed to a high standard. Not afraid of physical labour. I am practical, and whatever gaps are in my knowledge I seek to fill and learn.

Also, I have experience in mental health mentoring, tutoring, coaching and instructing activities, meaning Im very good in roles interacting with others. I have developed skills in customer service throughout my time in hospitality and history working in the mental health field. I also have my degree in Psychosocial Studies. I pride myself on being a comfortable presence to be around. I am warm and easy to get on with, and love a chat.

Speaking of hospitality, I have lots of experience in that! I can make drinks and serve/ handle money/ clean/ close and open up shop. Above all, I can pour an excellent pint.

I have also worked as an assistant chef, so I can cook and bake (and clean!)

Also, I love creative projects if you may need some artsy design help such as sign painting, mural making or decorating etc.

I also have history working in social media, marketing and copywriting, all within a publishing house internship, so can assist you in curating a successful social media brand for your business (if applicable).

Autres infos...

I love to draw and paint, and I collect things for my scrapbook. I love exploring nature and doing hikes around scenic areas. I find a lot of joy from wild swimming and love paddleboarding and canoeing. I am a beginner climber so have lots to learn but really enjoy it.

Currently travelling in a van with my boyfriend around Canada. I have been travelling for a few years and have loved my time doing so. I have learnt so much from the people I have met along the way, and owe alot of my own wisdom, understanding and skills from them. I desire to learn lessons and new ways of thinking from interacting with people from different places living different lives, through their tales and stories. I hope to collect as many skills and stories of my own, so I can one day be a cool and interesting mad granny.

My favourite animal is the lovely black bear (especially when they are nice and fat). Favourite movie is The Dark Crystal. Favourite band is Fleetwood mac. Favourite Author is Alan Watts. If theres more youd like to know just ask :)
