Hi! My name is Huayu 花語 🪷
I am from Taiwan and currently studying stained glass in Switzerland.

Gardening, animal care, art, and building nature houses are some of my biggest passions. I also have volunteer experience in these areas and truly enjoy learning through hands-on work and community living.

I am an easy-going person with a soft and gentle personality. I respect house rules, personal space, and the people I live and work with. I enjoy discovering different ways of living through volunteering, and I always involve myself sincerely in the working process. At the same time, I appreciate hosts who also care about healthy boundaries and mutual respect between hosts and volunteers ☺️

I enjoy socializing and connecting with people, I also deeply enjoy peaceful and quiet moments.

My mother tongue is Mandarin, and I can communicate well in English for daily conversation, teamwork, and travel.

I love animals deeply ，I have experience taking care of horses , dogs , cats and birds, I love every kind of animal form sea, ground or sky .
Caring for animals is something I feel very passionate about. I do not mind getting dirty with mud, gardening, or animal care.

I still have many things to learn, but I carry a good heart, responsibility toward work, and genuine respect for the people around me. I am gentle, polite, adaptable, and easy to work and live with.

What feels important about volunteering is the sense of mutual care and appreciation between hosts and volunteers. To me, a beautiful exchange is not only about work, but also about caring for each other’s energy, feelings, and boundaries with kindness and respect. I believe the best experiences are created when both sides feel welcomed, grateful, and comfortable together.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience working with adobe (mud brick) houses. My main skill at the moment is stained glass. I also have experience in animal care, farm work, and gardening.

For other skills, I am happy to learn from you with my hands and my heart, step by step through shared daily life and work.
