Hey there,

i am Leni from Berlin. I just finished my Master degree in Urban Development and now i want to spend some months traveling through middle and south america. I speak basic spanish and a bit better french since i spent 6 months on Martinique in the caribbean in 2022.
2018, after i finished highschool, i spent a whole year working at different Workaways in Spain, France and Portugal. I was volunteering a several farms, hostels and in self-sufficient communities. I enjoyed that year and alle the experiences i made so much and appreciate them until today. I am super happy that i can finally after 8 years go back to travelling,

In Berlin i live a really active and urban lifestyle. I am joining a book club, a language café, dance and rollerskate classes and a choir. I´ve also been part of a female rap group in the past. I would say that i am a creative person with many interests.
But i also enjoy calmess and nature a lot. I love camping, hiking and surfing and i would like to try out more outdoor sports.
I really enjoyed my farming experiences, especially the ones with an autosufficient focus, and i am not afraid to get dirty while working. I am happy to get to know you :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I´ve been babysitting in various families and I get along pretty well with kids. If someone wants to practice german, I can help. I am also interested in learning other languages, especially french and spanish, because I already know the basics and I´d like to continue speaking them. I worked a lot in the area of gastronomy and I also worked in a hostel in Spain and in Poland (via workaway).
If needed, I could also help with social media as I am used to them. I´m also good with dogs and other animals and a communicatve person in general :)

I stayed 6 weeks in Cádiz in december/january 2018/19 and I fell in love with the hostel, the city and the people!! The hostel is perfectly located, there are always a lot of volunteers around, the shifts are flexible and really fair. I felt comfortable.
