Dear Host
I am a woman in my 50's who is married and I have two daughters aged 21 and 17.
I work as a Psychological Therapist in the NHS and in private practice
I live in Warrington in the UK, however my family come from Northern Ireland and I spent most of my life visiting Northern Ireland and I lived in Belfast for 3 years.
I enjoy being outdoors as much as I can, as I spend my job sitting down indoors. Being outdoors and doing things with my hands helps me to manage the emotional toll of my work.
I enjoy spending time with the people I love (family and friends), live music, reading fiction, hill walking and cycling.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have a life long experience /skills of running a home, raising a family and working in my career helping others.
Most relevant to workawayI have always worked as a volunteer in various ways throughout my life, so I know what it means to give my time and to gain skills/exeperiences/ friendships and benefits in return. Some volunteer roles I have had are with Victim support; care UK (refugee charity); girl guiding UK; Second Chance (drug and alcohol support and I volunteer each year at Glastonbury Festival picking litter for my ticket.
I have a basic understanding of gardening and DIY skills -

I work full time and I'm afraid I don't have enough annual leave to offer more than a week to you at this stage. However I am really keen to stay with a host with whom I can learn a little more about gardening and basic DIY projects. I am reliable, hard working and a fast learner and have a good work ethic to offer.
I am also looking forward to spending some more time in Ireland, a country a grew up in and would like to return to spending some more time in -
