hiyaaa I'm Kate! A wandering woman in a beautiful world of never ending stories and adventures. I am currently travelling for the year of 2026. For me, this is a year of unravelling from the pressures and expectations one slowly builds out of society's "rules". I have been studying Medicine for 5 years, and have one year left. I really enjoy my choice and never ending chance of learning and growing. However, within every bubble is a certain amount of meaningless hustle for the sake of it. It was time for me to open my eyes and find perspective, openness, a change of lens. This world is truly an abundance of chances to change your mind and we as humans are not personal projects of achievement and shiny edges, we are vessels to experience the salty sea sprays, mossy rocks, campfire laughter, perfectly ripe mangoes, love and good hugs, sunrises and dancing.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I am an almost-doctor! with 2 years of clinical experience and Advanced Life Support training/First aid. Whilst I am currently taking a year off, I can be helpful in sharing some knowledge.
I grew up on a farm in rural Australia, and have always helped on the tractor, clearing paddocks, in the shearing shed. I can do manual labour for long hours and enjoy working outside!
I also have outdoor experience and easily manage things like fires, outdoor cooking, tent set ups, wood collection, driving quad bikes.
I have a new interest in sailing and boat building, and have been learning the basics in Norway with some sailing trips in the Fjords!!
I babysat throughout high school and have grown up near my younger cousins, so have always looked after them and can look after 3-4 kids at once. I love playing and learning with children, I have coached numerous junior sports teams and been the camp leader on camps for younger students.
I have extensive hospitality experience: high end restaurants and bar work, Chalet reception and housekeeping (2 ski seasons down)
I am an active, responsible and energetic person, and I love becoming a second part of the family !
