I work as a chef as I love to cook and work with food, with a passion for seasonal ingredients that have been sourced in a sustainable manner.
I have completed a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Science, learing about food production, plant biology and sustainability.
My hobbies outside of work include vegetable gardening, listening to vinyl records and trying new restaurants around town.
