Hiya! My name's Iona and I'm from Scotland. I love learning new languages, skills or ways of life so I'm excited about this site.

My Interests:

- I'm interested in community and how we can collaborate with each other to achieve things.

- I love getting to know people and working in a team, as well as getting on with jobs on my own. I get a lot of enjoyment from hard work and happy to help out with whatever needs doing.

- I love being in nature and wild places, I find it very empowering and I'm interested in regenerative movements and eco projects that help us live better with nature.

- Outdoor activities give me a lot of joy, climbing mountains, camping, biking, running, canoeing, wild swimming.

- I love folk music and I recently started learning the Irish whistle. I love being creative and making things - painting, writing poems/ stories, knitting, and always keen to learn new crafts.

- I love foraging for wild food and cooking it with my friends. I love helping out with growing vegetables at my family home in Edinburgh or at my university community gardens.

My brother jokes I'm like a dog - give me a job, give me food and hugs, and I'll be happy (my brother really likes to flatter me...)

I'm excited to explore new countries and meet more beautiful people, and I'm looking forward to helping out in whatever way I can. :)
