Hi!
Me and my friend are currently planning to move to Netherlands, and we believe that starting with a Workaway experience would be a great first step — both to get in touch with foreign culture and to better understand everyday life and work here.

We're open, responsible, and eager to help with whatever is needed — whether it’s cleaning, helping around the house or hostel, assisting in the kitchen, or supporting small local projects. We enjoy learning by doing and adapting to new environments.

Our goal is to settle in Netherlands longer-term, and this kind of cultural exchange would help us make meaningful connections and discover future opportunities — both personally and professionally.

In return, we’ll bring a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a genuine interest in contributing and learning from you and your way of life :).

Dominika:
I genuinely enjoy working with people — I have experience in customer service, hospitality, and team environments, where being friendly, helpful, and adaptable was key. I’m comfortable communicating with others, solving small problems on the go, and staying calm in busy situations.

Since childhood, I’ve taken part in camps, group projects, and volunteer events, which helped shape my love for being part of a team. I enjoy contributing to a shared goal, supporting others, and learning from different perspectives.

At the same time, I’m also very confident with practical, everyday tasks. I enjoy cooking, keeping spaces clean and organized, and helping with household routines.

Whether it’s interacting with guests or keeping things running smoothly in the background, I’m always ready to jump in where needed, learn quickly, and be useful.

Weronika:
I’m a creative and hands-on person with a wide range of practical skills. I enjoy making my own jewelry, cooking, baking, or doing small craft projects. I’m patient, focused, and love learning new things.

I’ve spent time volunteering at children’s camps, where I helped organize games, looked after kids, and supported daily activities. That experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and keep a positive attitude even in a busy environment. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and animals and take pride in being caring and attentive to their needs.

I’m also confident in the kitchen and love preparing meals for others. On top of that, I have a strong background in math and logical thinking, which helps me stay organized, especially when managing tasks or working under time pressure. Whether I’m part of a team or working independently, I always try to give my best and bring good energy to the space around me.

Dominika:
I’m completely bewitched by horses — I’ve loved them since I can remember, and being around them always brings me joy and calm. I also adore animals in general, and feel happiest in places where they’re part of everyday life.

I’m fascinated by Japanese culture — from food and traditions to language and design. I also have a creative side that shows through my interest in professional makeup and nail art — I love learning new techniques and experimenting with color and style.

When I’m winding down, I enjoy playing board games or video games (especially with others), or planning my next adventure. Travelling and discovering new places, people, and ways of life has always been close to my heart.

Weronika:
I enjoy playing musical instruments such as the guitar, piano, and ukulele — they give me a way to unwind, express emotion, and continuously challenge myself. Another creative outlet I cherish is making handmade jewelry, where I get to work with detail, color, and texture to craft something unique and personal.

In my free time, I also enjoy watching films and TV series, especially those that tell meaningful stories or explore different cultures and perspectives. I love playing games — whether it’s board games with friends, card games at family gatherings, or video games that offer immersive adventures and clever challenges.

One of my favorite ways to relax is baking. I find joy in trying new recipes, perfecting old favorites, and sharing the results with others. Whether I’m creating music, baking something sweet, or spending a cozy evening with a great movie or game, I truly value the small joys in everyday life.
