Hi everyone :)
I’m Sophia and I’m about to head to Canada at the end of December. Before that, I just have to finish my bachelor’s thesis in Nutrition & Food Sciences, so I’m really looking forward to having time to visit a whole new country and dive into other people’s ways of life. As my studies might suggest, I really like food and cooking, and I’m happy to share that with others.
Besides that, I enjoy going on bikepacking trips in summer, being around water for (kite)surfing, swimming, or just going for a walk, as well as doing creative things like making linocuts at home.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I gained some Workaway experience before I started my studies, I helped on a farm in Sweden, did some gardening and helped around the house in Portugal & Spain. I’d be happy to do things like that again! I’m also good with kids: I organized summer camps for a while and I look after the children of family and friends every now and then.

The place is located between the small town of Figueira and an absolutely stunning beach with nice cliffs to watch the sunset. But that also means, that it is pretty remote.
