Description

I appreciate kind, easy-going people and the chance to be helpful - to families in particular. I'm warm, calm, kind and easy-going myself!!

I am a healthy, active, father of two, who has supported kids and families my whole life - as an educator, as a nanny, and as a volunteer for grief camps and pediatric hospice. Even my cabinetry is just another way of sharing time with families and helping make life a little easier!

Also a professional nanny and beloved uncle to 14 kin.

I love playing chess. I'm interested in Buddhism and simple, thoughtful living.

I love contributing to families in particular - and getting to be part of a family. The immersion visits I do with my family on the other side of the country are what most feed my soul these days, and Workaway looks to be just a natural extension of that kind of joyful experience.

Basically I'm kind of like a Mary Poppins/Bert combination.
