Having Maria and her lovely daughter was a truly pleasant experience. They both blended in and helped with wharever was needed. Our children loved their company ( as did us adults ) and my youngest still talks about Anita, his friend. Maria was always positive and willing to take on any tasks.. I'd highly recommend these lovely people.

My 14 years old daughter and I spent two weeks with this lovely family. It was a great experience! They all welcomed us in their family and we enjoyed sharing their life. The work was not hard: mainly weeding and harvesting in Hanora's AMAZING garden, cooking once in a while and helping a bit cleaning. We were staying in a detatched cabin so we

While I was working my daughter spent time with their fantastic children: walking the dogs, playing (they built for hours mini stables for plastic horses) and crafting. No screens and a lot of creative games outside. While we were there the weather was incredibly good so we went together to the beach, to the river and to a lake. The house is in a beautiful countryside with a fascinating forest and many trails take you to nice walks. The closest village is one hour walk or 15 minutes by bicicle (they lent us two bikes). The place is half an hour from Killarney National Park and other turist attractions. So thank you Hanora because I learnt so much from you about food, the garden and permaculture! Thanks Martin for the very interesting chats and thanks to the children for the fun time we spent together. Highly recommended!Vous pouvez seulement contacter les workawayers avec une adhésion active.

Jason was an excellent volunteer. He is a great source of all sorts of information and is kind and courteous. He is a skilled guy and gets on with the task in hand without a grumble. He built us a fantastic pig cottage . Our pigs were outgrowing the current one. we felt confident to give him a job and leave him to it. For anyone that needs a

I had a beautiful experience with this absolutely amazing, intelligent, kind-hearted family :). Hanora is very thoughtful and knowledgeable about many different holistic practices and philosophies regarding organic farming, managing woodlands, health and well-being in the true sense of the word, and life in general. Martin is a wonderful

Edie, Elochia, and Oberon are a joy to be around and it was a great pleasure to get to know them ... they are some of the most intelligent and exuberant young people you could ever hope meet. The family's overall lifestyle and desire to live in a way more conducive to our natural equilibirum is inspirational and I count myself very blessed to have been able to share in it for a little while. Thanks so much for everything 🙂, all the best until next we meet!Vous pouvez seulement contacter les workawayers avec une adhésion active.

Hanora and her family are very nice people with a pleasantly Earthy life, connected to health of body, mind, spirit, food, animals and the land.
Martin has a mind for intriguing conversation and has interesting things to share from his projects and college lecturing.
Hanora was a good communicator, very considerate, made me feel comfortable
… read more right away and followed up on clarifying instructions and logistics before and during my stay with them. It was fun being in the garden with her, she shares her plant and soil knowledge, and it is beautifully laid out.
It is particularly cold property in cold months. I found cozying up in the cabin with a hotwater bottle (Hanora happily offers) for the night worked best for me. The cabin is quiet, the bed is comfortable.Vous pouvez seulement contacter les workawayers avec une adhésion active.

Mike is a lovely young man, courteous, friendly ,open and easy going. He is very willing to tackle any job given and is very good with kids. He did lots of weeding and wood clearing and general maintenance. He is motivated and independent and basically a great volunteer .

I'm very happy to be their first volunteer! They are an amazing and super- interesting family, so you will learn a lot from all of them!
Nora is very careful and she is always asking if you feel comfortable. Besides that, she is an excellent chef, I´ve felt so healthy, and I´ve learned a lot from her about permaculture. Martin is a very

The kids are also amazing and very welcoming, all of them in their own way. I loved doing some arts and crafts with them, and going to explore the woods.
I've only stayed for two weeks, but I would love to experience more time with them :)
Martin still has a lot of celtic places to show me and a lot of chess games with Spanish openings to lose.
Best wishes and happy christmas! See you soon :)Vous pouvez seulement contacter les workawayers avec une adhésion active.
