Hello!
My name is Gloria O'Byrne. I am a young 62, bilingual in English and Spanish (my parents are Colombian and I was raised in the States.
I am a freelance translator by trade and currently live in Miami where I volunteer/live at the Earth n Us farm..a small organic urban farm in the Little Haiti neighborhood of Miami.
A few years ago I decided I wanted to live an alternative lifestyle and forego creature comforts to feed my wanderlust. I traveled and worked and traveled and worked some more and then felt a pull back to Miami to help my sister who is a single mom raise her boy.

At the Earth n Us farm I help the owners with their garden, weeding, mulching, transplanting, harvesting and pitching in to help with their airbnb guests.
I worked for many years at the Miami Herald and later as a content editor at a few start-up websites in New York.
More recently I became a certified massage therapist and spend the last 2 summers working as a body worker in a couple of resorts.
