Nice to meet you! I'm Glenn, an adventure seeker with a keenness for meeting new people :)

Hey I'm looking for some work and to become part of the household/community. I want to bring a positive vibe to your household and for us both to enjoy being with one another.

Open to working on farms, smallholdings, hostels, teaching English, housesitting and maybe something else too

I want to 'slow travel' the world, to live a life filled with lots of cool experiences and to keep feeling alive!

I am from London and have just survived and recovered from a broken back after a car accident. I am now so excited to leave my hometown and explore new pastures. I AM SO EXCITED FOR THAILAND

I am suuper keen to meet lots of new people so especially interested in opportunities where there are other workawayers staying for a few weeks or more, or i'd be working directly with you, the host, during the day.

My hobbies include; cooking, baking (Rocky roads anyone?) cycling/running, meditation, football (Come on you Gunners!!), pilates, animals (cats #1), nature, and sustainable living. I'm 1 year on workaway now, and have so far helped convert a castle in France, looked after children in Turkey, and also taught English. I love it and can't wait for the next opportunity

I'm also passionate about doing what I can to help reduce the impacts of climate change. I've got a long way to go though.

My pipe dream is to open my own smallholding with my besties! I hope the skills working with you can take me closer to this

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My biggest skill is my passion for getting stuck in, showing initiative and helping wherever I can. I think having a smile on your face, positive energy and a can-do attitude can do such a long way. Anyway, if I can't find the answer i'm sure the internet or the latest AI bot can! Or hopefully you can help me :)


What am I most excited to share? I've got more than one trick up my sleeve... dont worry!

- Teaching English (I enjoy this. Did it for 3 months in Turkey last year, and at University I helped teach Asian postgrad students for over a year)

- Community management (this is my thing! Can I help ensure the vibe around the place is good, everyone is happy, and problems are resolved before they escalate)

- Looking after, and entertaining, the children (Did this with a 2yr old and a 4yr old on a farm in Turkey, also love spending time with children in my extended family!)

- Computer skills (the internet can do everything these days! Maybe I can help with social media or video production)

- Business skills (such as Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Branding) - recently graduated with a degree in Business. Long conversations about your organisation is fun for me!

- Driving (Got a UK driving license and have lots of experience with smaller vehicles)


I am also keen to learn new skills , especially gardening, permaculture, and looking after animals
