Description

Hello we are Greta and Tobias from Germany!:)

Greta is studying to become teachers for English, Arts and Swedish and Tobias is currently doing his Master's degree in Psychology.
We are really outdoorsy and enjoy meeting new people from all over the world. We really like to read, play Volleyball, cook, go for a run and get creative.
We both grew up surrounded by large families and animals and are therefore outgoing and lively persons.
We both have already lots of experiences in working abroad as volunteers (Tobias in Portugal), as language assistant or workawayer (Greta in Sweden and Ireland) and know our way around in a foreign country and around new people.

We would be happy to help around the house and the garden/farm and are looking forward to meeting you!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Since Greta studies to become a teacher, she is used to work with children of all ages and gained a lot of experience during various internships in schools in Germany and abroad.
Additionally, for his Bachelor's degree, Tobias conducted a study among children, which required a lot of empathy and sure instincts.
We have also worked in hospitality and as bartender or waiter and Greta used to help out at a festivals. There she helped with building up the festival site, but also created decoration etc. . Tobias is used to working hard and long hours, as he currently works for a beverage supply company in Leipzig.

We both have a drivers licence and have no problem with physical work around the garden and farm as we helped a lot around our families' homes and gardens.
Last year, Greta travelled all over Irland with her best friend Annika. This is how she got to know workaway. Since she had the best time working for families (child care, house keeping, gardening ...) we are now going to come to Ireland together and would love to work for you and get to know you!
