Hello! I am an American student currently completing my Masters in international Affairs at Johns Hopkins University in Bologna, Italy. I am originally from Seattle, but have spent most of the last 5 years of my life in New York playing soccer competitively for my university as I completed my Bachelors.
I love being active-- hiking, swimming, running, and playing all different types of sports! Along with this, I really enjoy meeting all sorts of new people and understanding different ways of life--something I think is imperative for how I approach my studies in International Affairs, but also just life in general. That being said, I am fairly open-minded about adapting my lifestyle and circumstances as I learn from the people around me.
This summer, I will remain in Europe (currently based in Italy) and would love to find a workaway where I could help out with a farm, help with nannying, or English practice (or all!) to meet new people, be outside, and gain a new cultural experience! Since I am learning Italian (B1), I would really love to try learn more and practice as well!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

-I have played soccer competitively most of my life and can give lessons or play with kids if interested!
-I can do more-manual labor if needed.
-I am a native English speaker with B1 knowledge of Italian and conversational knowledge of Spanish.
-I really enjoy interacting with others and working on a team, as I have worked in service industries for 5+ years (restaurant, kayak tour guide).

I really love animals! I have grown up with dogs and cats, but my grandma also lives on a small farm back in Washington State, so I am very comfortable being around them!
Lastly, I really love music and dancing, especially enjoying these interests with others.
