Hi! My name is Felipe, and I'm from Jáuregui, a small town on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

One of the things I enjoy most in life is discovering new places and connecting with people from different cultures. I love having meaningful conversations, sharing experiences, and learning something new from everyone I meet. I believe every person has a different perspective to offer, and that's one of the reasons I enjoy travelling so much.

I've worked in hospitality and healthcare, and both experiences have taught me the importance of being responsible, adaptable, and working well with others. I'm always open to learning new skills, taking on different tasks, and stepping outside my comfort zone. I genuinely enjoy helping people and contributing wherever I'm needed.

In my free time, I like staying active by playing sports such as swimming, tennis, and football. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and sharing quality time with my family and friends.

I'm an easy-going, respectful, and positive person who enjoys being part of a team. For me, travelling isn't just about visiting new places—it's about creating genuine connections, learning from others, and leaving every experience with great memories and new friendships.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience caring for children, older adults, and people with disabilities, as I worked as a therapeutic support worker for two years. That role taught me to be patient, compassionate, responsible, and attentive to other people's needs.

Cooking is something I genuinely enjoy. While I wouldn't call myself a professional chef, I've worked both in the kitchen and as a waiter. I'm always happy to help with meal preparation, and I'm eager to learn new recipes and improve my cooking skills.

I've also worked in construction, so I have basic practical skills and I'm comfortable with physical work. I'm a hardworking person who enjoys staying active, and I'm always willing to lend a hand wherever it's needed.

I love spending time with animals and being outdoors. I have a real passion for animals, especially horses, and I truly enjoy being around them. Although I'm not an expert, I have some basic experience with farm life because I attended an agricultural school for two years when I was younger, where I learned about everyday farm tasks and animal care. I'm always excited to learn more and would love the opportunity to work with horses and other farm animals.

I also have experience in tourism. I spent a year working at the reception of a small hotel, where I developed customer service skills and learned the basics of hospitality and guest relations.

Overall, I'm a fast learner with a positive attitude, and I enjoy taking on new challenges. I'm adaptable, reliable, and always willing to help with any task. For me, a Workaway experience is not only about contributing through my work, but also about learning, sharing cultures, and building meaningful connections with the people I meet.
