Ciao :)
My name is Elena, I'm 24 years old and I´m from Italy. I grow up in Cuneo a small town in Piedmond, surrounded by the mountains, with my big, cozy family. I've been a scout for many years. I attended the Scientific High School and then I took a gap year to travel around Europe. On that occasion I used a lot Workaway, I worked in several hostels and in a museum.
Back in Italy, I studied Physics at university in Torino and in summer I worked for 6 years in an alpine hut.
Now that I finished my exams I really want to travel again, to do new experiences, know places and people, maybe learn some other languages and leave my comfort zone!
My plan is travelling around from June until October, trying to understand what I want to do in my future.
Good things about me: I´m a sociable and open-minded girl, open to listen and learn new things, I am a flexible and easy adapted person.

I am a native Italian speaker and I would be happy to teach you my language. I studied English at school for several years and then I improved it by traveling around Europe. In my gap year I lived and worked for a while in Spain, so I learned Spanish. I would really love to learn a new language!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

During Summer I use to work in a mountain chalet called “Rifugio Ellena Soria”, where I help in the kitchen, help with tourists, do the cleaning, wait tables. I've worked in several hostels around Europe, where I did the cleaning and helped with the reception of guest.
I often teach math and physics to students who need help.
I really like staying with kids (I´m a volunteer in some associations that works with kids, so I have some experiences).
I’m available for whatever else, I’ll learn quickly!

I've been part of a scout group for many years, I learned a lot of games that I'm happy to share! I love board games and word games, may favorites are taboo, dixit and monopoly. I love reading and listening to music.
