Description

Hi, I’m Davide – a filmmaker from Italy, traveling the world without planes, only by land and sea. I started this journey in March.

I grew up in Abruzzo, the center east of Italy, between mountains and the sea, always curious about people and their lives. I studied filmmaking in Milan and San Francisco, then traveled and worked through Europe, the Middle East, and Kenya — in Africa I made a short film and spent time working with children. That experience changed me.

I’m more about listening than telling stories. I love hearing what people have to share, their dreams and struggles. I enjoy cooking (sometimes it’s a surprise!), horse riding, and finding magic in small moments.

There’s a lot more I could say - stories, experiences, things I’m proud of - but hey, what’s the point of discovering each other if I give it all away now?

At the moment, I’m crossing Asia with my camera, meeting people, connecting, and letting their stories guide me. If you believe in real connections and a little adventure, I’d love to meet you.

I'm genuinely excited about the prospect of learning from different mindset and culture. I find inspiration in filmmaking and have a keen interest in travel, which continually broadens my horizons. I also love ice skating, horse riding, playing chess and cooking. Playing board games or watching a good movie with people I met are also interesting activities.
