Hi, I'm Charlotte! I am an active type and love to explore and feel the adrenaline rush of an intensive workout! When I'm not chasing the sun you'll find me cozied up with a book or laughing with friends.
My wonder for different cultures started on a French exchange. Working in the local supermarket, I found that nothing improves proficiency and confidence more than hands on work. I had one of the best experiences of my life working with people from diverse backgrounds, who each offered different and engaging perspectives.
This is also why I decided to study languages at the university of cambridge. I have adored the quick pace and depth of the course and would love the chance to travel to France and Italy to improve my proficiency even further.
I am a dependable hard worker with an unquenchable curiousity to discover and learn. I am an enthusiastic teamplayer and would love the opportunity to learn and grow. Can't wait to hear from you!

As a language student I am confident teaching french grammar as well as Italian. A;hough my English and German proficiency is higher, I did not fully learn grammar in the same way but would be open to learn how to teach them if needed. I have had tutoring experience, including teaching a young student the basics of German, which I found highly rewarding. I enjoy helping others to reach their potential in foreign languages and seeing them enjoy the process of learning.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a linguist who grew up bilingual so the concept of speaking multiple languages has always fascinated me. From my first french lessons and I became obsessed with mimicking and perfecting pronunciation. I found this highly rewarding as you can track progress by engaging with native speakers.
I am currently studying Modern and Medieval Languages. Having just completed my first year I am eager to sharpen my Italian and French skills. I have a C1 proficiency level in French and intermediate in Italian with B1/2 level (having started learning in October).
Beyond this I have worked as an ambassador for my college where I gave presentations to inspire state school students to pursue further education. I enjoyed this so much that I am going to take part in the open day tours of my college and will host a residential program for students hoping to go to Oxbridge.
