Hi,
my name is Veronika and I am currently living in Berlin.
I am an enthusiastic person with a passion for travel, languages,animals, people, especially children & dogs. Berlin is my hometown but I have lived in France, Italy and New Zealand. I am based in Berlin and this year I am planning to spend some time in Western Australia. I believe the best way to get to know a country and its culture, is to live with locals, that's why I choose Workaway ;)

In New Zealand we had a small farm with gardens, orchards and farm animals. From time to time we hosted people from all over the world either as English students and/or WOOFERS... so I know what's expected from a volunteer.
I am also a trained TESOL teacher and Kindergarten teacher enjoying being with children, playing, doing creative projects etc. spending time in nature, and being with animals... Currently, I am working as a nanny with children aging from 5-13...boys and girls...I love them all.
Amongst other jobs, I have managed a backpacker, been teaching English & German... I enjoy meeting people from other countries, I am a good communicator, have a positive outlook on life with a good sense of humor... as well as being flexible, reliable and uncomplicated. I believe myself to be an easy-going person who enjoys the outdoors, walking, photography, swimming, gardening, cooking, baking, dancing, yoga. .... I am also a passionate gardener.
I am happy to give everything a go... By the way, I'm a non-smoker! :)
