Chiara, that’s me!
I’m 20 years old, from Germany, and currently studying Sports and Health Sciences in Münster.

But before starting university, I spent a year traveling – and what a year that was! I went on a road trip through Tuscany, helped with animal protection in Sicily, worked as an au pair in Paris, taught skiing in Switzerland, lived on a ranch in Canada, helped with kids' activities in Sicily and even explored Hawaii. Some things were short, but each experience gave me something to take with me – and the people I met along the way still make great stories today.

Even though I really enjoy student life, I know how much traveling and being part of meaningful projects gives me – meeting new people, learning about different lifestyles, helping out and just living in the moment.

I absolutely love being active – anything that involves sports or movement. I grew up with animals, still have horses and a dog, and I really enjoy spending time with children, too.

I’m open to all kinds of projects and always curious to learn something new.

On my last trip, I really noticed how much languages can connect people. When you speak even just a few words of someone else’s language, it brings the whole experience to a different level – you share more, laugh more, and the exchange between cultures feels so much deeper. That’s why I’d love to keep learning any language!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

The most important thing first! I might not know how to do everything yet, but I’m always open to learning. I enjoy jumping into new things and figuring them out step by step – especially when I can learn from others and try it out myself.

I’ve been around animals my whole life. We have horses and a dog at home, and I’ve been riding since I was a kid. So taking care of animals is something very natural for me – whether it’s feeding, grooming or just spending time with them.

I also love being active – I enjoy all kinds of sports and movement, especially outdoors. I’ve worked as a ski instructor, done kids’ animation, and was involved in projects where teamwork, energy and flexibility were needed.

Creativity is also a big part of who I am. I enjoy designing, decorating and creating – whether it’s something artistic, organizing a space nicely, or just making something look and feel good. I love bringing ideas to life.

And last but not least, I really enjoy working with children. I’ve spent a lot of time with kids in different countries and settings, and it always felt easy and natural – whether we’re playing, painting, being outside or just talking.
Also, I have a younger sister, so being around children has always been part of my everyday life.

Besides that, I’d love to learn more about local culture, cooking and gardening. I think these are beautiful things to understand – not just as skills, but as ways of living. I really believe in learning things that stay with you for life.
