I have a lot of passions and a variety of skills to go with them. I am a huge advocate for living a healthy and active lifestyle - I have a degree in Exercise Science, specialising in Health Psychology, and I am always up for getting involved in any kind of movement, especially if it’s outdoors! I love learning new skills and gaining knowledge, and sharing my skills and knowledge with others - I am a qualified secondary school maths teacher, EFL teacher and swimming teacher/coach. I also love arts and crafts and thinking creatively - I have an A-Level in art and always have a million craft, gardening and DIY projects on the go! Clearly, I also love to be busy and work towards a goal!
