Hello! I’m Claudie a 30 years old Canadian on a Working Holiday Visa, arriving in New Zealand mid-January. I’m looking for a 2–4 weeks Workaway on the North Island.

I have a background in hospitality (front desk, housekeeping, guest services) and customer service. I currently work as an insurance underwriter. I’m reliable, organized, respectful and quick to learn. I enjoy helping, keeping things tidy and creating a positive, calm environment.

I can help with a variety of tasks, such as:
• Admin / customer service
• Cooking or meal prep
• Child-minding
• Housekeeping & general home help
• Support in small accommodations
• Organizing, errands, or light outdoor tasks

I’m friendly, flexible, independent, and happy to adapt to your family’s or business’s needs. I’m excited to contribute, learn from locals and share everyday life during my stay.

• Confident cook: I enjoy preparing meals and helping with kitchen routines.
• Gardening: I grow a vegetable garden every summer and enjoy light outdoor work.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with computers, phones, online systems and admin tasks.
• DIY & practical skills: I enjoy hands-on work; for example, I recently sanded and revarnished my outdoor patio set.
• Animal friendly : I love animals and am happy to help with their care.
• Driving licence : full licence and comfortable driving.
• Languages : fluent in French and intermediate in English.
• Personal qualities: reliable, organized, friendly, respectful, quick to learn and always open to learning new tasks.

I’m happy to help with a mix of tasks, from home support and cooking to garden care, cleaning, admin, pet care or small repair/organization projects.

I’m a calm, respectful and easygoing person, non-smoker, and I value keeping a clean and tidy space. I enjoy slow travel and immersing myself in daily life while keeping a balanced routine.

I’m an active person who loves to move, especially cycling, spending time outdoors and staying active. I also enjoy cooking, reading, and listening to music, which I find helps create a warm and relaxed atmosphere at home.

I’m very comfortable around animals and happy to help with pet care. I also enjoy spending time with children and supporting daily routines when needed.

I’m flexible, open-minded and always willing to learn new skills. I hold a full driving licence and I’m available for a Workaway stay of 2–4 weeks starting mid-January.
