Hi everyone!

i left the life I had in Mexico to begin a journey abroad and looking forward to live in another country. At this moment, i will spend an entire year traveling around France and I hope to find great life experiences.

I studied contemporary dance at uni and then became ballet and dance teacher focused on kids. I’m also yoga instructor and generally this is my economic activity to live on. I’m also studying remotely Sociology and I feel deeply passionate about it, because i want to contribute in somehow to our society through social programs and I aspire to develop my own methodology focused of therapy movement. 🪷

I enjoy enormously to meet people from all over the globe and share with them deep conversations about life, alternatives ways of living, journeys , philosophy, art and a big etcétera. However, i also enjoy my loneliness and use to spend my time alone reading, walking and doing yoga.

The environment interaction is deeply important for me because is my source of inspiration and brings balance to my inner being, so that I´m seeking to discover beautiful atmospheres and people too!

About traveling, i just think that the travel is always the meeting, if we meet on the way, i bet will be significant and enriching.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

-Teaching Yoga and Dance:

·I have extensive experience doing yoga classes for adults in English and Spanish aimed at beginners and advanced levels. I began working at some yoga studios in Mexico City five years ago, and then i founded an own yoga studio at my home town, Tlaxcala. When I am traveling, i manage to organize online courses and so that keep teaching.
·I also have eight years teaching dance, yoga and body expression to children aged 2 to 14. I really enjoy to spend time with kids and and teaching them to cultivate skills of concentration, focus and body connection; likewise, I encourage them to be genuine and express their personality. It fills me with joy to see happy children!

-Hospitality:

·I´ve been doing volunteering helping in hostels in Mexico since 2022 (Oaxaca, Mérida, Tepoztlán, CDMX). Mainly, i had had reception chores as managing virtual agenda on apps and platforms, writing emails and messages to guest and managing checks in/out. I did cleaning chores as well to support the staff and housekeeping. Generally speaking, I can safely say that I am very friendly welcoming travelers and always maintain a respectful and transparent temperament with people. I am able to care responsibility situations an also solving problems if they arise; I always have the initiative to be present and proactive when I know I can contribute something.

-Graphic design and marketing:

·I´d developed marketing materials and campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement focused on holistic activities and aimed for the wellness market.
-Created and managed social media page to promote class schedule, pricing and other information.
-Created visual content aimed to social media as infographics, flyers, logos and media posts.
