Description
Hi! My name’s Camelia, I’m a 22-year-old easy-going girl from Turin, Italy. I’m adventurous, open-minded and love meeting people from different backgrounds, learning languages and stepping out of my comfort zone.
My main goal when travelling is to connect with people and truly experience different cultures. I’m comfortable travelling alone and adapting to new environments. Most recently, in August 2026, I completed my first Workaway experience in Peniche, Portugal, where I spent two weeks with a local family. I’ve also travelled solo several times, including three weeks in Spain, three weeks in France, a three-week language course in Lisbon and a month travelling across Argentina.
These experiences have made me independent, flexible and curious, and I’m always excited to learn from the people I meet! -

I attended a language-focused high school, where I studied three different languages: Spanish, English and French. I also learned some Portuguese on my own. My father is Argentinian, so I’ve been speaking Spanish since I was little. And of course, my native language is Italian :) -

I know how to take care of children (I worked many years in Summer Camp) and I like teaching people languages! I have two dogs at home and I love taking care of them.
