Hello Hosts!
I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, USA. I’m a passionate cook and I love to travel. I’m creative, independent, and hardworking. I’ve had amazing experiences from living in Italy, Germany, Israel, Ireland, and the USA as well as traveling to 25 countries. My great grandparents were from Tuscany and I’ve always felt a strong connection to my Italian roots. In 2015-2016 I lived with an Italian family near Bologna and worked as their AuPair, helping with childcare, cooking, cleaning, and teaching english. I now have Italian Citizenship and this is a dream come true. I’m so proud to be a member of the European community. Since march 2023 I have been a volunteer at an Agriturismo near Accumoli, Italy in the Apennine Mountains. I have had the chance to improve my Italian, learn to cook traditional recipies, and know what it’s like to live on a family farm immersed in nature. I have had many opportunities to live in different countries. In 2019 I worked in Ireland as a cook at a BnB/Wedding Venue and last April I went to Germany to be an intern at a Michelin starred restaurant. Obviously I love to cook. I am looking for a place in Morocco to stay for at least one month where I can contribute my skills and make new friends in a dynamic atmosphere. I have a lot to offer with my background in hospitality and want to discover as much as I can about Moroccan culture and especially the cuisine.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
For 7 months I worked as a cook and assistant to the chefs at Ashley Park House in Nenagh, Ireland. During the busy summer wedding season I’ve made canapés, desserts, prepared breakfasts for up to 40 guests, cooked staff meals, and assist in the kitchen any way I can. I’ve also helped with gardening, housekeeping, dog walking, and waitressing.
I love to draw and practice calligraphy. I sing opera. I’m a good english teacher.
