Hi, my name's Axelle I am a 27 french young women who's passionate by everything related wellbeing (sport, nutrition..).
I'm an online coach, and I've helped hundreds of people get in shape with personalized nutrition and exercise plans.
I'm also a former bodybuilder; I competed a few times, but now I'm retired and I simply train to maintain a functional physique. I LOVE cooking, especially with whole foods and unprocessed ingredients. So everything about that passionate me a lot too (good meat, milk, raw honey, eggs, fresh fruits, vegetables..) I'll be happy to share my recipes and my French culture from time to time if you'd like. And also to discover yours of course, or even how you cultivate all of that if you have a ferm.

Beyond all that, I've been drawn for years to everything related to ranch and farm life. I love animals, of all kinds! Horses, cows, ducks, dogs, goats...
I like feeling useful, working with my hands. Whether it's in the kitchen or outdoors, carrying heavy things, etc., I'm versatile! I hate being bored, that's the only thing, but I think it's not gonna be a problem in here haha.

In my daily life, I am:
- an early riser, a non-negotiable requirement for me since forever
- a bon vivant who loves to laugh
- quite resourceful and a perfectionist
- really close to my family, I love taking care of my people and sharing good moments of life with them (& I'm ready to share with new people now)

To be honest, I have no experience in this field. This will be my first time, but I love learning, and I'm 100% here for that !!
I'm going to travel alone, with the goal of learning as much as possible about this lifestyle, helping out as much as I can, and having wonderful encounters with people (and animals). It's a lifelong dream come true, and I hope you'll be part of it ! I can't wait !

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As a sports coach and former athlete, I love manual work and feeling that I can help with my hands!
Everything related to hand work. I am very resourceful and I hate being bored (but I think that won't be a problem on that point haha)
I am also really good with social media, it's literally my work + I was an athlete during 5 years and was sharing my life online.

I am really passionate about cooking (with whole foods) both savory dishes and pastries. Even more when it's for people.

I love animals, I have a dog at my parents home and I grew up with animals around me all my life. I also love kids, few years ago I worked at a ski resort teaching young children how to ski; so I would feel very comfortable within a family with kids :)

My native language is French but I am fluent in English and have some base in Spanish (and I can learn really fast!)
