At the end of the day, I feel a deep satisfaction, knowing that my actions have made a little difference.

In the orphanages near the dumpsite in Kenya, I have learned resilience and adaptability. I witnessed the unwavering spirit of the children who faced unimaginable challenges, yet still embraced life with hope and determination. Their resilience has taught me to find strength in the face of adversity and to adapt to ever-changing circumstances.

Through my volunteer work in Romania and Moldova, I have honed my cultural understanding and empathy. Interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds has broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for the richness of human experiences. I have learned to listen, to understand, and to connect with people on a profound level, irrespective of our differences.

Moreover, my volunteer experiences have fostered my leadership skills. Guiding and supporting others in various projects has allowed me to step into roles of responsibility and cultivate my ability to inspire and motivate those around me. I have learned to effectively communicate, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration to achieve shared goals.

Additionally, these experiences have nurtured my problem-solving skills. Working in resource-limited environments has challenged me to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
