I am wanting to meet like minded, adventurous people and would love a workaway doing outdoors work and getting a chance to experience Colombian wildlife. I enjoy physical labour and hard work.

Description

I am passionate about being outside in nature and connecting with others and the world around me. I work in conservation and am passionate about helping our native species in NZ where I mainly work with our native and endangered birds. I enjoy reading books, being physical either through hiking, yoga or rock climbing, meeting new people, and music. Discovering the world and different cultures is a passion that I don't think I will ever stray from.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Working in conservation, I have experience and knowledge in tree planting and gardening (albeit probably confined to NZ species), as well as being able to operate machinery such as chainsaws, weed cutters, tractors, and workshop tools such as dropsaws, angle grinders etc. I have basic woodwork skills but prolific bush skills.
I have practiced yoga for many years both in classes and on my own and even though I don't have a qualification, I could probably run a class with others.
