Hi community, I’m ali. I’m a curious, creative, and caring human, always chasing new horizons. I love meeting new people and learning about how they live.

I have a lot of experience with work trade and it aligns deeply with my values. I like to travel and experience different cultures in a way that I don't feel like a spectator.
I am not the kind to fly internationally for one week to sit on a beach and only go to tourist attractions.

As for as my "professional experience." For the past 2 years I was a preschool teacher in an Italian language immersion Reggio-Emilia school, before that I was an outdoor educator, I worked on farms in Hawaii, I painted murals, I was an au pair in the Netherlands, I was a caregiver to adults with disabilities in a creative arts-therapy program, and have coached different sports.

I love working with kids but I knew that classroom teaching wasn't for me so I quit last year to pursue my higher "calling." I am working towards a yoga teacher certificate, as well as making my own art and working one on one with kids in creative, truly experiential settings.
