I’m a passionate advocate committed to making a difference in the world. With a solid background in content writing, volunteer work, and management, I’m eager to further my understanding and apply insights gained from hands-on experience in volunteering. My focus? Advancing the well-being of all beings and the planet, sexuality education, and sustainability.

I’m dedicated to contributing to charity initiatives that empower underserved communities.
Beyond that, I have a keen interest in political theory, photography, art, and poetry.
My well-being practices include mindfulness, meditation, yoga, cycling, and spending time in nature. I also have a love for plant-based cooking and nutrition.

-Content Writing:
As a Content Writer at the Sexual Health Alliance, I authored impactful articles on diverse sexual health topics. My goal was to educate and raise awareness, with a special focus on queer identities and perspectives.
I collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to create engaging content for various audiences.
My research skills kept me informed about the latest developments in women’s health.

-Event Planning and Facilitation:
During my tenure as the Social Secretary of the Philosophy Society at the University of Birmingham, I honed my workshop planning and facilitation skills. Our topics ranged from decolonisation and environmentalism to politics, well-being, and feminism.
I organised student-led events and talks, demonstrating marketing, organizational, and communication prowess.
My liaisons with the university, academic organisations, and academics ensured successful event coordination.
I meticulously prepared and facilitated discussions and speeches.

-Volunteering and Women’s Health Advocacy:
As a Volunteer at Neema Woman in Birmingham, I actively contributed to special programmes addressing women’s health needs.
I maintained facilities to support smooth programme operations, emphasising attention to detail.
I also played a key role in communicating with local authorities in promoting women’s well-being.

-Kitchen Efficiency Coordinator and Volunteer:
At Finca El Péndulo in Mexico, I enhanced kitchen organisation, efficiency, and systematisation. I streamlined processes, optimised workflows, and collaborated with staff to implement best practices, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and an improved dining experience.
Finca El Péndulo's motto “Life is an adventure, every moment a gift,” guided my commitment to creating memorable and enriching experiences in various roles at the center.

-Event Coordination for Local Farmers and Community Support:
As an Event Coordinator at Los Higuerones, I organised events for the Green Market in Puerto Jiménez, Costa Rica.
These events aimed to support local farmers and foster community connections.
My role involved planning, logistics, and ensuring successful outcomes for both vendors and visitors.
