Description

I just graduated college and taking a gap year to travel.

I want to work in farming or scenic rich places. Places I can learn different cooking methods, hike trails, work with kids and families, work on farms, homesteads, or nature-related sites! I have experience on farms through WWOOF and general maintenance skills. Experience in customer service and with youth garden programming (4 years summer camp). Workaway in Egypt, Turkey, Pakistan, mostly farming.

Important things for a host to have: generally very flexible, I love a good view, good cell/wifi service, very clear understanding of the food situation and expectations of working hours ( I am generally fine to work all day, but being clear with this being the case if so), a postive working environment. I work best when there is fewer workawayers (generally introverted prefer my own company if given a choice, but get along great with people!).

I would love to learn more technical skills like plumbing, carpentry, engineering, or language wise like Arabic and Urdu .
